I am so excited to briefly share with you about shifting your mindset through your comfort zone. 

Our comfort zone is like having an invisible bubble that surrounds us. We stay in that comfort zone because outside of our bubble, or over there, it’s something we don’t know and we don’t understand. 

So, no matter how bad it is inside our bubble or comfort zone we stay in it. This could be staying at a job you don’t like, it could be staying in a relationship you’re unhappy in, it could be in your health, in your spirituality, in your physical environment, in any area of your life. 

We allow ourselves to stay inside our comfort zone because over there, outside our comfort zone, it’s scary, it’s unknown. We don’t know who we are, we don’t know what’s over there and so instead of taking a chance and taking a risk in getting uncomfortable, we allow the fear to set in and we stay inside of our comfort zone, instead. 

When you can begin to live your life being comfortable, being uncomfortable all of the time, that is when you can truly let go of the fear, make shift happen and allow yourself to live authentically to who you are.
